No, it is not possible to modify shipping rates. With HideShip you can just hide already created shipping rates, sort shipping rates and rename shipping rates.
HideShip is fully compatible also with shipping rates created by third party app.
If more than one rule applies at checkout, HideShip evaluates them all and apply all.
This means they cambine together.
For Example:
If all rule are verified, Hide ship will run all customization and all available rates could be hidden. In this case Shopify will not display shipping options, and the customer may not be able to complete checkout.
Always test your rules carefully and verify possible conflicts
Shopify treats local pickup and local delivery as separate options, not standard shipping methods. HideShip rules generally apply only to shipping rates, so these options may not always be hidden.
